After visiting the top tourist destination
in Pangasinan (Hundred Islands), I was very glad that I also got a chance to see
one of the major religious landmarks in the country, the Our Lady of Manaoag
Shrine. Many Catholics in the country and from all over the world are full
devotees of this church. People heard, believed, and experienced themselves the
miracles it bring. That’s why people are continuously visiting the place to
wish, pray, or plead for their different own reasons. And more and more are
coming and now becoming followers of Our Lady of Manaoag.

I have been places in the Philippines, from top beaches,
islands, mountains, etc. But there’s one place I haven’t been to which has been
famous for years, since I was a kid if I’m not mistaken. That’s why I was
ecstatic to have a chance finally on visiting the top tourist destination in
Pangasinan – the Hundred Islands. And I
also got a chance to confirm if it’s really one hundred islands ;)
Hundred Islands National Park is located in the city of
Alaminos in the province of Pangasinan. Several islands are scattered in
Lingayen Gulf in the North-western part of Luzon, and some of it have been
developed already for tourism which named as: Governor’s Island, Quezon Island,
Marcos’ Island, etc. And up to today, it’s still growing and they are continue developing for more
tourists to come.
